By using Fawad's Financial Tools you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The tools are free to use for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Educational only, not advice
Everything here is for education and general information. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, insurance or legal advice, and using a calculator does not create a professional relationship. Every result is an estimate based on the inputs you provide and the assumptions documented on each page; real outcomes depend on your full circumstances. A lender's approval, the CRA's assessment, an institution's current terms, and a qualified professional's advice are authoritative, these tools are not. Always confirm important decisions with a licensed professional.
Accuracy and "as is"
We work hard on Canadian correctness (semi-annual mortgage compounding, CMHC, the stress test, provincial tax, registered-account rules) and date every figure. Even so, the site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Rates, rules and product details change and may be out of date or contain errors. If you spot something wrong, please tell us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its calculations, including financial decisions you make. You use the tools at your own discretion and risk.

The content, design and code are © 2026 Fawad Ahmed. You may use the calculators and share links to them freely. Please don't scrape or republish the content wholesale, present the tools as your own, or use the site in any way that's unlawful or that could impair it for others.

Governing law & changes
